24 Hour Recovery Connections Part 123
....Anyone else watching The Magicians?
Good morning from the UK.
Feeling a bit sorry for myself just lately. I keep getting colds and feeling generally run down.
I guess I need to take better care of myself.
Off to get some vitamins and some fresh food today-we haven't been eating very well the last few days as I haven't shopped (because I feel unwell) so it's time to get to the supermarket and fill the fruit bowl I think.
Wishing everyone a wonderful day.
5.24am and I absolutely will not drink today.

01:32 EDT and another 24 for me!
Well perhaps a bit more than 24 due to the time change. Back on the East coast and had a chance to catch up on some reading on the plane(s)...read most of Under The Influence - loving it but must admit that is some scary stuff we here have dodged.
Highly recommended reading for all the newbies and everyone else too. But it is especially enlightening for those who recently made the life saving decision to quit drinking.

Hi mysti
I hope you're feeling better soon. Sorry if this is a random thought, but have you ever tried online shopping! It's really good if you don't feel up to dragging yourself round a supermarket. And all the stuff is really fresh.
I've done it for a while and swear by it. But that could be because I get 'trolley rage' (i.e. if people are dawdling in a supermarket and I'm in a rush I feel red mist descending....) Anyway, take care and get wellxx
24 more please for me! another long day at work xx

24 more @ 8.15am
I have. There's several reasons I don't shop online
1. I'd much rather choose my own food (produce in particular)
2. I can't browse the reduced section online.
3. Delivery charge
4. Every single online order I've had before has had unacceptable substitutions (even when I've requested none) and / or smashed eggs.
5. I'm a sahm of 3 kids 6 and under. A trip to the supermarket is actually refreshing for me!
Thanks for the suggestion though.
