A lovely sunny morning on the East Coast of Scotland. And that about completes today's weather for the UK!

You're not letting us down. We feel for you. If it was easy, we all wouldn't be here. I have woken up, thought 'never again,' only to do it again a few days/weeks later, so many times I can't count. I know how horrible it feels.
What's important is you are still here and want sobriety. Be kind to yourself. Have a nice, relaxing day. Do something you really like. Read around here (Dee's recovery plan links are good.) ODAAT.
I'll take 24 alongside you (in England so time is the same ). Sending you hugs xx
