Up in the middle of the night. (dogs wanted to go out) I marvel at the fact that now when I wake up in the middle of the night, I feel good. When I was drinking I would wake up in the wee hours, in the throes of withdrawal and feeling horrible and anxious.

I'd like another sober day please.

Good morning all and, congrats to today's celebrants! I'm in for another 24. I hope all of you are too!

Some of my mornings have been really difficult lately. Maybe it's PAWS, maybe not. I don't know. All I know is I don't wish to come back here and say, "I'm back. Day one." Thanks to everyone here for helping me be accountable!
