Hi all, 24 more please! A sunny Sunday here. Can't believe another new thread already
Have an appraisal coming up so trying to force myself to do some work.
Husband has decided to 'help' me tackle my rather large, wobbly waistline by taking me for a run with him and the dog. He's built like a pipecleaner and runs like a gazelle. As does the dog. I am not a runner. I'm dreading it!!!

Morning all I am 11 weeks today and I haven't gone this long without a drop of alcohol in years and years, it feels really good
I did the weekly shop yesterday and decided I would celebrate by buying some Earl Grey and English Breakfast tea. Just sipping it now and its bloomin lovely
Another 24 have a good day all
