had my last trip to the dentist yesterday for a clean and polish
apart from the dentist I had a nice day out , just me and my car , I have always struggled with anxiety and driving and every time I get out on my own I feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of the outing , I am 55 years old and had a licence since I was 29 it's ridiculous I struggle so much with this.
