McFlurry-I've got you down!. You've been in my thoughts all day and am glad to hear it went well.
I ended up getting out on my bike today and was thinking about what you tell yourself is so important. I ended up taking a road that ended up being very hilly. I got to one hill where I was really scared and wasn't sure if I was going to make it (I can't just hop off my pedals since I am clipped in-so I crash if I don't make it). I kept telling myself I was going to make it up that hill and dug deep, even though I was nervous and scared. I got up there. It's very similar to sobriety in so many ways. Keep telling yourself that you can do it!
