Isn't it amazing what happens when you clean up your diet? We are processed food free, gluten free, dairy free, too. We eat wild, organic, fresh foods. Mostly raw, but with some meat and fish. . .AND IT FEELS FANTASTIC to be free of all that garbage that our bodies cannot use at all. CLEAN EATING ROCKS!!!

Viking and Altoids....I would love to join you on clean eating! I seem to have been inhaling copious amounts of refined sugar lately. Yep, I have those addiction tendencies alright! Just need to take the plunge.....
