hi everyone! 1130am uk time and I'm just out of bed (not working today... so glad!) Still full of man flu so taking it easy today.
Sorry to hear about your poor husband Kris hope he is feeling better soon and I'm sure he's grateful to have you looking after him. xx

Ever send a 'visitor message' to yourself? I just did that- again. Sheesh.
Let's see, Thursday... What is there to feel good about?
Well, I don't have a headache- good.
You all are here--good.
And I feel a cake looming for some folks- very good.
24 more please.

Hi, sorry I have already posted but just thought I would check in. It's 1:30pm here.
This is my day one and luckily I have had no commitments today and have been able to spend most of my free time exploring threads and binge watching Netflix. My anxiety did rise a bit at the supermarket earlier as I feel all things alcohol are screaming at me lately.
So strategies for my first 24 hours - Netflix, Xbox, Diet Cherryade, mindful colouring, spending time on SR, it's a beautiful day so I might go for a walk (or I might go to the gym.)
I'm so looking forward to my husband getting in from work. I feel great relief when he comes home.
My only concern is getting through this 24 hours and I'm not getting carried away with myself or thinking any further ahead than that.
Keep going everyone.
