5:47am - one more day please! Didn't sleep great last night but headed to the gym anyway. Slightly tired beats massively hung over!

I like to watch that show Mom, too. It manages to keep things mostly funny and pretty real. That episode where their friend died was tough, but well done.

Day 56- AV has been strong lately due to high stress situations at home. I won't let it win. I need, desire, want, pine for another 24 hours of sobriety. Please and thank you

I took my boys to Dairy Queen to celebrate. They didn't know why but we all enjoyed the treat! :-)
