Also, huge thanks to strategery for not only posting the daily list, but for taking the time to reach out to me and make sure all was well when I didn't get checked-in yesterday. So committed and that's awesome! I meant to do it later in the day after it didn't work out in the morning and then forgot. Strat was there to remind me. Thanks!

Erfra, I love your plan to be mindful during the day. That is always my goal, too and even on that, I have to stop judging myself. My mind wanders to future and past, but as long as I remember to come back and center myself, it works.

Another 24 hours here! And here's to 24 more for us all.
Good morning guys. Congrats to everyone with another day clean and sober.
Yesterday was a struggle for me. My mother passed away shortly before I got clean 6 years ago. Her birthday was yesterday, and it's always a tough day for me to get through.
But, I got up, put one foot in front of the other. And here I am. Clean and sober another morning.
