Ugh...hear ya on sick kids Briar. There's not much worse than that. Go to bed early if ya can. Or fall asleep on the couch with a blanket and the tv on like I do. 8)

So did I but I think it has suddenly gone into hiding; we may have snow on Friday.

Watching Hotel Transylvania, both 1 and 2. Current household favorite. That and Megamind. So funny for kids and adults. You guys should check them out.

Crunching on some chia seed pudding. Yum.

Glad that your daughter is feeling better. Hope all three of you sleep well tonight.

Glad your daughter is feeling better, Briar.

Got very windy and chilly here tonight as well. Whoa, I just looked and it will be 18 in the morning. Guess I'll plan to drive daughter to the bus stop. Lockers are so small, no room for bully coats and heavy clothing.

18, like, degrees? *Briar dies*

Arbor - amen to that. I actually slept through most of a movie this morning. Usually the sound keeps me up. Not today!

Back to work tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Good morning gang and happy Thursday. Saw a mosquito yesterday so I guess spring is here. Bought myself some Flonase to mark the occasion. I'm ready for October!

Gym time.

Yep, guys, 18 degrees F. , but it has warmed up to 28, now and should hit 35ish after lunch. That is when I will walk the dog. I dragged him back in this morning. My fingers get too cold, even through gloves, once it gets down into the 20's. He can go out on the lead if he chooses, but I am in until it gets warmer!

I should go jump on the elliptical, though. I was dragging this morning. Daughter has a cold,, and I woke with a sore throat and feeling very tired, but it is gone now. Hopefully I will fight it off. Not to self to take a Emergen-C packet today.

Good luck at work today, Briar.

Mark, a Mosquito? Ugh. It seems we get about a day, where it is nice and warm, but no bugs, right?

Hows the weather down under these days? Is it cooling down a bit yet, or still hot summer?

34*F here, phoebe. Spring visited for a bit and then flew the coop.

I have been suffering from a terrible case of the hives for the last two days - have no idea what caused them. Taking Benadryl and prednisone - going out of my mind with the itching and the effects of the steroids.
