I just showed Mrs sw the bird & she said she had a very similar bird growing up & had another pure white one she says it's a budgie but not sure what type

No, not a budgie, sw. Beak is different and eyes smaller on a budgie.

Well Mrs sw had a bird just like that I also googled budgie & they look very similar beak & eyes either way I'm off out it don't matter what breed it is it's cute as anything thank you for posting it Croiss

I've found you to be quite rude tonight, sw. I posted the pic for Leshar, as sometimes I see birds and I know she's interested in them. Our family used to breed budgies, it's actually not our version of a budgerigar in Australia. My question was to Leshar as to what it was.

Crois, I made the comment about the 'South American budgie' as a conciliatory light hearted jape.

Honestly, it's getting so I'm almost scared to post, which is beyond ridiculous.

Both you and SW are a big part of this thread and I'd like to think you two could solve your differences - maybe through a few PMs rather than here?

I hope you'll feel differently in the morning and keep posting.

NEWSFLASH. I just found out last night that I'm a Nanna again. How sad ! I didn't even know she was pregnant! Even when I saw my son 6 weeks ago he didn't tell me :-(



Beautiful little baby boy , brother to Ryleigh & Felix.

3 grandchildren I have but won't see.

I found out they are living in a caravan park at Gawler since their house burnt down. I would dearly love to offer some assistance and help , but alas , that's life.

I have had no thoughts of drinking, I'm feeling stronger each day as I'm actually " feeling" even though I don't particularly like these emotions, I'm dealing with them well.

I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday. I need some ideas on what to get Dad. Was going to get another Bunnings voucher cos he loves those, but also would like to get something different.

What to buy for a 79 year old ....hmmmmmm
