Wehav here, I'd like another 24 hours please. After a week of feeling like death, I feel like I turned a corner today. Thank god. Still got the cough, but when I looked in the mirror today I think I saw a person. I was gray before. Gray. Whatever the heck that means, it sure wasn't pleasant!

So it's really foggy here tonight -- about 20 feet of visibility on the road. I'm reminded of a funny story. Well, not really a story, but rather something that happened several times.
My house is next to a cow pasture surrounded by an electric fence. Until recently (this is thankfully fixed now) thick fog would disable the electric fence. So you'd be tooling along, not able to see a thing but it doesn't matter 'cause you're in the middle of nowhere and there are no cars. But, all of a sudden there's a cow in the road. No matter how many times it happens it's still a bit of a surprise.

Hi everyone, 6.55 am UK time and about to head to work. 24 more please!

I have missed you and your little horse. I hope your surgery goes ok and am thinking of you.
I'm the only dr in the building for the next two days (normally there are 2- quite a small practice.) It's going to be busy. Have large slice of chocolate cake waiting for me when I get home- diet can wait until I'm less stressed! xx
