I agree with distractions- keeping busy is helping for me. My 'witching hour' is dinner time so I try to be out the house/doing something that doesn't involve drinking- playing the piano or painting (war hammer models- yes I am a geek) helps and are incompatible with drinking! Also maybe some extra support might help? Thinking of you xx 23 days is fantastic, mcflurry. Playing the piano and painting are great ways for distraction. What are war hammer models????? |
