Exactly. Lisa please know that as gently as I can say this, we sometimes project our OWN deep-seated disappointment when we've drank onto what we think others are thinking of us.

Can I just say, when someone falls here, all we see is the same pain we ourselves have been through and wish there was some way to help you see what you need to do.

Being kind to yourself is part of that. But being kind to yourself is also not drinking. That's how we love and protect ourselves. Leigh said it well, sobriety can be magical, and everyone deserves that.

Watching the Super Bowl.
Go Denver.(Fan for a Day)
Went sledding today with the family and friends.
Earlier I roof raked so the snow we get tomorrow doesn't get too deep on the roof.

Roof raking ! Geez don't slip. I always wanted to be able to see snow and have it here. Adelaide . But I don't fancy 'roof raking' and digging your car out & shovelling! Maybe it's best you keep it

I saw on our news yesterday Bob, that a 30 second add during the Super Bowl coverage costs about 14 million dollars ! Wow !

Hoya Leigh hi Wolfy

Have a lovely day Julyers . I'm talking to Bek via Facebook & looking at all her lovely photos. She's in Paris at the moment xxx

Love you ALL
