Any distraction works. Chocolate? A sandwich? A shower? Cleaning a drawer in the kitchen? Watching a funny video on YouTube? I like a long walk, myself. 24 more hours for me, please. Hey, Neo! Glad to hear you're hanging in there. Bimini has good ideas. I have often done the distraction thing. "Go to sink-Drink 5 glasses water" What next? "Go to fridge- Find something and eat till full". Or the bath thing... In for 24. |
