BD, we are in the path of the monster storm, too.

Hi Phoebe, I have a ED therapist I've seen a few times and found helpful, but I don't have a support group. My HMO's support group is in the middle of the workday,

I have a friend with binge eating disorder (similar in that she uses food to cope), and we text each other a lot.

Thanks Leigh. I will aim to add something to lunch or dinner.

Hi gang,

That's a long time to not see your daughter BD, but I guess that's part of leaving the nest.

Sorry about the finger phoebe...at least it was a clean environment. Son is in bed with strep. I haven't been sick in a long time and plan to keep my distance.

I hope the pending storm isn't too bad for y'all. Just a rain event here.

I hope the week is treating everyone well.

The storm is predicted to be a major one here with high winds and the potential for up to 20".

Power outages are a major concern, too.

Yes Leigh. Still early to call exactly how bad it'll be, but right now they downgraded it in our area. 6-12" possibly.

I mostly play bass Arbor....tho I can throw in some rhythm and lead guitar and some blues harmonica

All good here - waiting for summer to be over tho LOL

The guys downstairs have friends here, and I was serenaded for hours last night by the best blues harmonica I have heard in years.
