With something like ..."24 more for this grateful alcoholic"...?? A Daily affirmation for you to think about that are positive? In my 20's I read a poem that went something like this:
The thoughts we think are like the seeds we sow,
And surely what we plant will grow.
You take care of yourself ok? You are worth so much more than what I hear you saying.

Thank you for the support and concerns. I'm going to counseling tomorrow after work. She knows me from before. I working in getting better I'm talking to 2 people I went to a meeting last night oh and my another friend she text me this morning thinking that I need help please don't give up on me I'm working on not to give up on myself
