Hello everyone! It’s wonderful to see each of you here today!

A warm welcome to Cara39 and Delilah1 to the 24 hour thread! We’re so glad you found us! We hope you will find this place encourages you to commit to 24 hours each and every day, and is a place you find inspiration, hope, and encouragement.

The list runs from 12a central standard time (CST) to 11:59p CST. If you check in once during those times, your name is on the list, which is posted the list the following day.

Strat I am so glad you got your files back I know that feeling of sheer terror that you have lost all your work! that raspberry chocolate and mocha cheesecake is my all time favourite combination..what I would do for a slice of that

Dee hope the music went well. I'm thinking that maybe I ought to try and learn a musical instrument hmmm...

2:54pm..Another 24...I was very close to going drinking today,anxiety is a big trigger for me and it is through the roof today but it will be there tomorrow plus a killer hangover if I even stop then..I called to my sisters and give her my bank card so see how I go...Best wishes to all who are beating this...
