Back after another nosedive, 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off. I struggled to pull together 1-2 days during the last binge, but today begins day 5. Bent, but not broken. Another 24 hours for me please!

Thank you SoberLeigh. I could come up with many excuses, but none are valid. I'm finally putting together an actual "plan" and will not stray again!

Thanks, Finding. Yes, we all have made a commitment. Let us all follow through on it. We have to do this for ourselves but we also do it for our fellow alcoholic.
