Dee, thank you, as always. And thanks, dear Leigh.
I don't feel much better, but I know drinking will not help. I don't know how to cope with the relentless loneliness.
Keep meeting people Leshar - keep getting out, following your interests and your dreams.

You deserve a happy life as much as the rest of us

Night night, Wolfie!

Leshar, you deserve happiness. You deserve fun. Dee said it well, the little saying that helps me is "don't compare your insides to anyone else's outsides." Your family may seem happy, but you don't know what goes on when they are alone. You are your own woman. Being sober doesn't fix all of our problems but drinking sure as hell makes them worse. ((((((Leshar)))))

Snoozy, it's so nice to see your clarity! Sobriety is a special gift, a true new chance at life. It's a gift that deserves protection. A labor of love.

Leigh, croissant, let, dee, whassuppp? I hope I haven't missed anyone, if I did it's because you are the fairest of them all.

This is my first day off work since getting back to Ohio. We hit the ground running around here. I was supposed to lead a hike for this big winter series, as a volunteer for my former employers. My partner woke me up from a dead sleep this morning and a confusing but lovely dream, to tell me our driveway was blocked in. Her car is much shorter than mine,so I was able to guide her out after 15 minutes ofcarwrestling in my pajamas. But I had to have the sr towed to get out myself. The truck came too late for me to make my commitment. Thankfullythenaturalistin charge was cool about it, I felt really bad. Done this hike series for 12 years now, never missed before. My apartment is in an inner city neighborhood with a few bars, it's probably somebody who was drunk and didn't realize it was a driveway they were parking in front of. Happens every now and again. Sometimes I wait it out, I don't want them to have legal issues, I feel sympathetic given my own history. But I had to get going so I had to call it in.

Well after all that, the tow came too late for me to make my commitment, so I got started on my moving errands. Suddenly it really sunk in. I'm moooving!! J couldn't be more ready for me to give up the tiny apartment in the hood with hardly any parking. got my truck reserved, bought a bunch of moving paraphernalia, it's time to pack!

On to the AFC Championship for my Patriots.
I enjoy the games so much more since getting sober.
It was a rainy cool day but I managed to get a walk in with Leah.
Watching the GB/Arizona game now.

Thank you for asking Venuscat.
All is well here. My wife's grandfather passed away so we are going to the funeral tomorrow. I came home today a few days early to be with her. I have some earned time off and took some paid time off. No work for about 12 days. I look forward to this. My daughter's birthday is coming up and i have been away a lot for work.
It was a fantastic suprise when i walked in the door since they didnt know i was coming home early.
Glad everyone is doing well. Nor urges here. We do have a lot of booze in the house. I noticed some tequilla, beer and wine. Its for when we have people over. I havent had any issues this sobriety with it in the house. My wife will gladly dump it if i ask her.
In good spirits my mood not in my stomach

Take care!

Love and condolences to you and your wife let, and to all of her family.
Stay close to us if that booze starts talking to you, it can be a stressful time when there is a death and a ton of people in the house.

Awesome on your Patriots Bob!

We have just had the most MAJOR scandal in football in the history of Australian Rules (AFL).
The Court of Arbitration for sport has now ruled that 34 players are to be banned for a year. It is huge.

Let, I'm sorry for the loss of your wife's grandfather. I hope she's ok. I'm glad you have some time off with your family though. If you feel shaky at any point with the funeral or all the family around, please reach out like Venus suggested.

V, a year's suspension? Wow! That must be huge!

Bob, enjoy your patriots. I'm a lifelong chargers girl, so needless to say I didn't follow football very closely this year. Between the losses and the boohoo we wanna go to la stuff, I just got kind of tuned out.

Night night Leigh!
