Hehe, thanks for the chuckle guys, between Bob's emoticon, and Croissant's hot cross buns!
How are you going Venus?
I'm taking Tiki to the vet this morning. He boards there when I go away. He likes it and the staff are very good to him.

I have a bed booked for detox next week. For the first time ever the girl asked me what plan I had when I get out .
This is the first time I've found an awesome person to get me into a rehab program , I may lose my job , but I have my life right ?
Shaun came with me to an AA MEETING tonight

Really really glad to hear this Snoozy love.
My first sponsor in AA told me over and over that "it takes what it takes".
Used to drive me crazy. But I'm betting you understand what she meant now Snooz ~ there comes a point where we know beyond all doubt that we will not go on this way.
And now you have a plan.
Yes, you may lose your job, but, you may be surprised and discover that you receive support from work.
Whatever happens, you will have support from us love, and your family.
I have had a really hard few days Leshar....physically and mentally.
I have an infection in my body that is not healing, and I lost my mind over a plumbing problem yesterday.
Trying to find my New Year's cheer.

I didn't realise that you had gone back to meetings Leshar.
I am going to do the same. New Year's Resolution.
I feel much better than I did this morning. I'm still in a fair bit of pain, but the plumbing problem is all fixed, and I can relax.
Boiling hot outside, a perfect day to chill with music and a movie tonight.
Listening to my favourite album right now ~ Wish, The Cure.

When we are ready to face it head on and do anything to be better, we will get better. You will get better.
If I hadn't quit drinking, I would have lost my job. I'm guessing you are in the same boat. We can only keep up the charade for so long. I hope you don't lose your job, but I reckon there's a 100% chance you will if you don't stop drinking.
We'll be here. Now go get em. Do the detox and then get some rehab. You will not regret it. Recovery takes work and dedication, and we have to face things we've drank to ignore. But recovery is also a precious gift that will save your life.
