Hi folks,
Skating was fun, although I took a tumble and banged up my left knee. I'm going to ice it tonight while watching Wentworth on Netflix. Excellent Aussie drama, in my opinion.
I'm going to a matinee show of my acting group in Toronto tomorrow. One of my pals is performing, I'm looking forward to seeing her.
Hope all are ok.

Sore throat= sick
Had nothing to do with sick from alcoholism.
Even though going on a bender like that sure could have messed up your immune system, Snoozums.

Just booked a GP apt for this evening as my meds are running low and because thier new I need a apt to talk about it before its put on repeat which I love as I'm funny about being on meds anyway but this new one is by far the best fit so far, no initial funny effects no head/neck aches migraines etc no insomnia and its one a day so no forgetting times to take them
Started this friday well going to take something out for dinner & make a tea

Hi Leigh & Leshar just bk from Dr's apt went well got my meds for another 28 days the Dr asked do I want to increase the dose as its a low dose but I replied this low dose suits me fine
Going to get started on our spaghetti bolognaise dinner soon I've prepped 95% of it so just my pretty face cooking it lol

Spaghetti bolognaise went well Mrs sw said don't tell her mum but mine was better the funny thing is this was the first time I made it from scratch bar the dry spaghetti
I posted a picture in my food album & there's leftovers I can freeze a tupperware box for my neice going to phone her & tell her after I send her a pic first
