Hi Overs

Well I am here as I had to get up early to look after my daughter whilst my estranged husband goes to work, so I am using the computer at 'his' house (it really belongs to both of us). I'm taking my daughter to the Christmas church service at the church my brother and his wife go to and then we are going for lunch afterwards, so all in all, things I am looking forward to.

I *did* wear a Christmas jumper on Friday and I like it so much I am planning on wearing it on Christmas day!!

Still got three more days of work until I break for Christmas and New Year, so I'm keeping my festive cheer in check until then!

IP, frozen pipes can be a real problem. Several years ago, my neighbor's pipes burst and it was a real mess. I'm sure your landlord will want to take care of it before that happens.

It's warmer here this morning at 28F (-2C). Looks like a warm El Nino winter in these parts.

Warm here in KC too 9C or 48F. Doesn't seem like Christmas and New Year are but days away. I still have mint and chives green and blooming (both are hard to kill.)

Adjusted back to local time it seems, not waking up at 2 AM ready to go. Strange not having to rush around to various churches to sing this year. I get to enjoy Midnight Mass in the cheap seats this year for a change, but will probably be humming along.

Morning guys. -4 here. Warm! And we got a foot of snow.
Not enough to hinder driving yet, and I fly home tonight! I'm pretty excited, but you know I'm actually going to miss it here. Weird!
I said I was done with ONLINE dating, right? Well I went on a date yesterday with a guy who I know from around town, it was our second date, the first was about two months ago.
It was good. I like him a lot. Will see him again after the holiday.
It is SO NICE to not have to think about work!
I was in Western Australia one Christmas, it was so hot. I feel for you guys. Not fun. But.....then you're in Australia so I don't feel TOO sorry for you. I would love to go back there sometime, it's just so far away! Seriously though, that heat can be pretty unbearable. Stay inside! Air conditioning!

Yes, IP, FBL is spot on. I set an alarm and as a result remembered to tune in to your show. I enjoyed listening to it as I made W-30 compliant spaghetti sauce from scratch last evening. Haha, such a vibrant nightlife.

Anyway, your show was enjoyable, and, the cut from Django Reinhardt was pretty special. I had never heard of him and I can now say that I am a fan. vThat dude can plaw some mean a** guitar...and with three fingers - WOW! Congrats on your show. I will be sure to tune in again.

I must dash... a couple peeps headed over for dinner and the Steeler game.
