Hi,
Tonight I made a small sweet potatoe casserole. Only 2 tablespoons of sugar sub too. It was good BUT next time I'm not mashing the potatoes by hand, but will mix them up gently so they're creamier. Topped with some crushed pecans. Yummy. OH, and my pork chops actually came out moist ..yippie!!!
All cozied up with my 2 kitty's. Time for me to check-in for the next 24 hours of my recovery. Yep. So grateful for my HP, AA, and each of you here on SR.
