Progress shredding papers. I feel like i could have 2 forests in my house. Also feels good to do something. Even the smallest task will ease my mind for a minute and give me a sense of accomplishment. Better then ruminating Take care all!!

(((letitgo)))); accomplishing tasks helps me when I am anxious; when do you talk to your doctor about the Lexapro?

Hey julyers!

How's my class doing?

I can only hope and pray that those of you looking for a mate will find somebody that will treat you right. And be everything you are looking for.
Personally, I think that anybody that has a chance of hooking up with the fine ladies of this class and doesn't is a fool.(blush)
I've been quite busy this past weekend. Been cleaning and getting our family room together for the holidays. I had to move a rather large fish tank in the process. I put in for my final week vacation, it's will be from Dec 23- Jan 4th.
Looking forward to a 4 day weekend for Thanksgiving next week.

What kind of fish do you care for?

It sounds quite elaborate, Bob. It must be mesmerizing to watch the fish.

I've downsized, but I had a 90 gallon plumbed to a filter system and sump in my basement. Several fish, anemones and corals. All under 500 watts of halide lights.

Going to see my dr today. I know medication is not a cure or solution but it has been helpful before.

Let, I found going through and shredding old paperwork very calming and cathartic last year. Sometimes just doing little things like that makes me grateful I'm sober and doing my "life housekeeping".

Bob....you are a champion, thanks for your sweet words. That is very kind. I too hope there may be a lovely gentleman for Leshar and myself in the future. In between I will keep working on the best version of me.

SW....understand you are probably keen to get feedback from your therapist. Sometimes it just would be nice to feel like you were the only patient they have to deal with! p.s. I hope you aren't putting too much pressure on yourself with your food diary, if it stops being interesting or fun, focus on your therapy, and looking after you, mate. But diet does affect my mood, for sure.

Leigh, hugs to you, love that you are a part of our crew here. You are a very sweet lady.
Leshar, Key, Snooz, Ladybug, Venus, FABL and anyone else who may drop in overnight, I pray you are all safe and find moments of happiness in each of your days/nights. You too, Sir Dee.

Bless you all, and nighty night.xx
