Leshar, it sounds like you are pretty advanced with your Spanish.
Have you ever tried Duolingo on your iPad? It's great, as you have to speak it back and write (type it) it, so it really reinforces it.
Maybe you are too advanced for that, but I kept meaning to ask if you'd tried/seen it.

Snooz and everyone..Thanksgiving is actually celebrated this Thursday. People gave them other days sometimes due to people having to run too much to two sets of families or more if the families are divorced. Lucky me! I used to have 4 families to share with (please sense the sarcasm lol)

Hi SW. Chucked a little fit at work this afternoon. Nothing major, really.
I realised on the way home how futile all my detours to the bottle shop were back in the day. How I'd drink at home and rant to myself about that person til completely numb.
All the while just damaging myself and nobody else.
So, I was grateful I just have my rant in the car or in the shower and its mostly done. And my mini-vent here, lol.
Now, I spend the time rejuvenating myself, so I can deal with this person effectively tomorrow. Who'd have thought, lol.

Hi all, Dee, I only meant I'd like the opportunity to socialize with people. I don't plan to drink. I can feel my mood going down. I don't want to get in the shower, but I will. I couldn't make myself get out of bed this morning. That's not good.
Just aimless and directionless.

Please don't feed those down feelings....they grow! I think your life is busier and more productive than you think!
Not to downplay your feelings at all, but you are achieving much, helping friends, socialising, auditioning for a play, looking at a new unit, volunteering. All this in a few short weeks since you were in hospital.Be gentle on yourself.
