Hi all, wow, a lot of posts to catch up on! Hurrying out to Toronto this morning to see a pantomime, but just want to say, Bob, I loved your post. You are a wise and gentle man. Snoozy, I'm glad Croissants post was an impetus to get you and Shaun talking. Dee, had a giggle with your poem!
Talk later folks!

Great post Bob. I love my wife dearly. Its this depression that is bringing me down. I slept 10 hours last night and i was moody. Starting with a fresh day. Feel better. Just going go slow and stop taking things so seriorsly. Its saturday and we have nowhere to go. They are saying 12 inches of snow. We are snowed in. Taking the kids out for snowmen and snowwomen. Trying to be pc
Great joke Dee!! Have a great day! Thanks for all your support. This is a wonderful community. You are all very special and I am grateful we all found each other.

Like fighting alcoholism, relationships have tools as well.
I've heard that falling in love many times is the key to longevity in a relationship.
Not really a constant, but rather an endearing feeling, touching the heart.

Not at all, SW. Sorry if it seemed that way.
I most often use the "thanks" button when things pertain to something I've posted. I used to use it as kind of a book mark.
But, as I post more often now I just read back through the post till I reach my last post. If that makes any sense.
Honestly, the "thanks" button really seems to be mislabeled. Seems to be used more as a show of support.

My apologies Bob for being overly sensitive I have had a couple ppl being funny with me recently & my head this afternoon has been thinking about monday (my late mother's 6 year passing)
I actually was worried I offended you or offended you indirectly so wasn't sure & wanted to make sure
My apologies for asking Bob

I made a thread in newcomers explaining I've been a bit off this week what with being overprotective, oversensitive, change of medication & my late mothers passing 6 yr passing anniversary coming up this Monday
I realise everything is getting to me and I'm trying to think straight but sometimes I'm not & I apoligise for that unreservedly
Just had a really lovely steak roast dinner, were going to take the dogs for a walk &
then give the dogs a bath & blowdry
Il check in a lil later

Gorgeous photo let!!!
Enjoy Leshar!
Yes ~ the thanks button. I use it to know where I'm up to....I really like to read every post in the threads I am in.
But you have no idea how upset I can get when someone thanks a whole long line of posts but not mine....and that is so dumb. I sometimes miss one by accident, I'm sure I'm not the only one who does.
I guess we just cannot take it personally wolfie...I know we are both very sensitive.
I have a huge few days, and fat cat is not good this morning, so I must run.
Love to all of you. ♥

I'm like Bob, I use it as a bookmark too, to see where I've read to last, and to show others I may be talking to about a topic, that I've seen their reply post. Like when Snooz posted that she and Shaun were working through their problems.
Now, your post is good timing, because I'm in catch up mode and probably haven't read or thanked posts in the previous page. It's not personal. Sometimes we simply don't have time to read all posts or get distracted. I've probably not thanked heaps of posts!
Anyway. Here or on other threads, I actually wouldn't take it personally. Hey, I even reported one of Dees posts once by mistake when I went to hit the thanks button on my iPad, and hit the report button!
