I'm here! I'm here! Lazy morning around here and I almost forgot to check in. We can't have that, now can we??? Paying attention to my daily goal of going to be sober requires me to verbalize my intention for the day! I will go to be sober tonight! That is all I HAVE to do today. If I do that one thing, everything else falls into place in my life.
