Being healthy is the ultimate goal Venus.

And in the Cajun south we say, Geaux Saints! They're my second favorite team, closely following the Houston Texans. (I was 20 ft. from JJ Watt last night...siiiiiigh)

Hard to believe the month is half gone already. The older I get, the faster time flies-faster than a speeding bullet! Have a good day gang.

It's not even 7 and I'm ready for bed. My day "off" was super busy and productive, and I think I'll celebrate with sleep. Goodnight and well wishes to each of you!

Hey gang,

Bust day here too Conquest. I like feeling productive, but will be an early bed time for this guy.

Around here there are a good many folks that say 'Geaux Tigers' for LSU. I'm not one of them.

I hope everyone is feeling better.

Sounds good Mark. Got the quail avi up I see. Or is it a pheasant? Either way lookin good. Tired on this end too. Should hit the sack early, but it doesn't seem to matter much in baby land.

The little ones can be merciless in their contributions to sleep deprivation!

I've never seen wild pheasant, but my grandparents had different game bird type prints etc. when I was a young lad and so I quite like them.

Will you operate the snow plows this winter Arbor? I've never seen one of those either. I imagine you gotta know your stuff to run those.

You know, the crap sleep I've grown used to. It's been almost four years since I've become a parent. As much of a struggle it can be sometimes there's no comparison to the drunken sleep. I can handle the babies and lack of quality sleep. But drinking and babies? No way. I will loose that battle every time.

I'm pretty much obligated to plow since I'm salary. They aren't going to pay me to sit at home when it snows. Plus, if it's a nighttime plow or on the weekend it's extra $$$. Was fun in my twenties, but now kinda bittersweet when you have a family. Sometimes you just wanna stay home and build a snowman with your son.

Ha, building a snowman with your little guy. What a sight that must be ! And soon enough it'll be the three of you fellas out there. Good stuff and a great foundation for the lads. Memories of their dad fully engaged.

Well the girls here are watching dancing with the stars. Good time for a shower and bed. Good night friends.

Conversation with my four year old:

"Mom, does kitty fly?"

"No, kitty doesn't fly."

"Yes, she does. She flies down instead of up."

That poor cat. She's a saint.

Nice to hear from you, Briar. I logged on thinking of you.

Busy helping my boy get ready for a camping trip with school. Looks cold and rainy for it too. He goes Wed to Fri. Hope the forecast changes.

Watching DWTS here myself, Mark. An hour behind because the kids watched a show earlier. Tired here too.

Tired here, three, phoebe.

Is your son excited about the camping trip? Are they sleeping in tents or cabins?
