I know we're all different V, but I find if I can get myself really physically active (even when I don't feel like it) that it almost always eases my stress and allows for better sleep in the evening.
I'm glad you found the will to get started. Who knows, once you get rolling you may even add in a tune. I really enjoyed listening to Christopher Cross's 'Sailing' while I ran today. I must've listened to it five or six times and it let my mind go far and away to places I like.

Oh, V, just caught up and read your other thread. I see my brother once a year. I had little contact with my parents, especially my mother, for several years at one time. She was terribly verbally abusive. So sorry you are going through this. Big hugs to you. If she's toxic, you are better off without her.

"Hello" and "Wiildest Dreams." I do love Adele, but really, I hear the song 3 times in one short drive.
Suddenly feel some holiday pressure due to all the baking I need to do, some for others, and some more food shopping, plus getting the house clean. Maybe I can get hubby and kids on the heavier cleaning on Wed. While I do baking and food prep.
My own fault for thinking I had free time to do some jewelry this weekend. Made a gift for my hair stylist, and then a friend asked me to make her earrings, and did a few bracelets just for fun. Made myself something too!
