Morning Overs! Daylight saving time change here. I am not sure what time it really is. Neither does HRH Olive... most others don't either.

I am a Halloween Grinch by nature and with a World Series game going on as well, I stayed in from the crazy crowds. There is a big entertainment district with many bars a few blocks away (my name is a legend in at least a couple of them) and I can hear the crowds cheer and revel.

Some guys I know always throw a big Halloween bash and this year I was not invited. Neither was another friend... guess what? Neither of us drink and go nuts about Halloween... so I guess I am off the A list. Saved me the time to travel across town. But is tacky to post pics all over social media and name who was there... all big boozers, as are the hosts.

No church sing today... like having an extra vacation day!

So after going through my therapy stuff I thought il do the kitchen blinds normally I have someone helping me & something always goes wrong this is the 3rd set of blinds we have had them for weeks now but we got fed up with putting the new blinds up so today as calm as you like I grabbed a screwdriver pencil & a ruler & very quickly but very calmly put the new blinds up done a good job : )

While I was putting things away I seen police outside my direct opposite neighbours house and thought that used to be me

It is a beautiful sunny day here (sorry, Toots!).

I am practicing my self-hypnosis again and had a completely delightful night's sleep last night after a couple of weeks of struggling with insomnia again.

I have been tied up with tractor work in the mud since last Friday. I thought I would get stuck but amazingly turned out to be smarter than the equipment for once. I hope all the overs had a great weekend.

Thanks, I also I never worked a day in my life. I also believe that good luck is the lazy man’s estimate of a hard working man’s success. I have brothers raised by the same Mother and step dads, who blame their lot on their upbringing. I told them how did I come out successful; and loving my family for it?

Just enjoying the ride on Spaceship Earth is what it is all about. Just jump up and serve some snacks when the previous server gets tired or needs time to have their own snack. Never feel guilty for taking a break to replenish your self.

In all seriousness, it isn’t too late. We have programs over here called big bother and big sisters to mentor youngsters at risk. Foster parenting can have some rewards. If you give the gift it comes back tenfold.

Congrats! Your Royals did it! Sounds like you still feel slighted. I would too. But like you said, the a (alcohol) list is not where we are anymore.

Dee first I have heard dude! Glad you are doing better and on the mend!

Rain is lifting and the sea of mud of a new house pad of dirt in a drought has been seeded with winter rye grass and the shovel work all done. I got the tractor grader blade on and got the gravel spread a bit. I have to wait for the builders to do their punch out before I can do anything else. I hate waiting on others for work I could pay to have done much faster and better, as far as dirt work.

Just a quick catch up folks. Veggie burgers just called as ready for dinner. TTYL

Itchy, I think now I've found my life I want to have the freedom age brings with it. I would have liked children when I look back but I know I don't want them here and now! Does that sound selfish, again? Thanks for the thought.

Back to work today. We are till waiting to see if the job losses affect us personally. There's lot of concerned people at work.
