Hello dear and wonderful July friends.
I got an afternoon pass off the ward again today, so I'm happy to be able to check in.
Thanks for all the amazing support!
I know I have a mental illness and I need to be in the hospital at the moment. I'm scared about going home, but I will just have to deal with that as it happens.
The ward is freezing cold! I'm on new medication and I hope to see a CBT psychiatrist. He keeps cancelling on me!
We have a new Prime Minister in Canada. I was sorry not to be able to vote on Monday, but he would have got my vote. There is a lot of optimism about the chance for change in Canada.

Back later , I'm in kitty saving mode today. Rescued a Siamese , we had to drive to the country to pick him up.
