Congrats to Rar, one month is a huge achievement. That's one of the toughest milestones I had experienced. So, well done and use the strength gained to keep moving forward! You are proving that nothing is impossible to achieve !

24 more hours for me please. Feeling good, more positive than I can remember feeling in a long time. It's good to feel that way, as a drinker I never really had a sense of "normal", so during my recovery I've often felt at odds with myself and the world around me as I never had a point of reference.
That's changing now, and I realise a lot of it is down to me beginning to feel comfortable with myself, rather than being my own worst enemy if that makes sense??
Anyway, today was a good day, tomorrow will be just fine as well!
