Remember we're always here to help. One of the cool things about these forums is they're open 24/7. Don't be afraid to speak up and ask for help when those days come. SR saved my tail last weekend when I had some strong cravings. I ran on here and asked for help in three different spots and got exactly what I needed.
Congrats on 16 days! Keep on keeping on one day at a time!

Just for full disclosure, I'm not at 11 months. I didn't realize I hadn't updated my sobriety date in my User CP. I'm actually more like a month after starting over after a rough run after 7 months of sobriety.
