24 Hour Recovery Connections Part 78
What a fine day. Started off with some meditation and ended with blackberry cobbler which I made for the parents. So nice to not be drunk and searching for the next drink. I feel the difference here more acutely than anywhere else.
Congrats, milestoners and hugs to Altoids.

It's going to feel great to wake up sober and hang-over free tomorrow, Cileiope. Hang in there.

[QUOTE=strategery;5565789]I'll add that my commitment to this thread always helps. Just knowing I committed 24 hours here always gives me the strength to continue no matter what I am facing.
Strat, I'll second that. I consider checking in here nightly as a Basic Tool in my "toolbox". This definitely is a Committment to myself. This group is my nightly meeting before ending each day. It makes me happy!

Might as well sign in for the next 24 hours too!

You might also consider joining and actively participating in the Class of September 2015 thread. It's a great way to learn from and help others who are also in early recovery.
