What a fine day. Started off with some meditation and ended with blackberry cobbler which I made for the parents. So nice to not be drunk and searching for the next drink. I feel the difference here more acutely than anywhere else.

Congrats, milestoners and hugs to Altoids.

Thanks! It means a lot to me! I have been waking with pain from TMJ ...tension headache and whatnot, but my stomach is very grateful for my sobriety! Have a great Monday!

Strat, I'll second that. I consider checking in here nightly as a Basic Tool in my "toolbox". This definitely is a Committment to myself. This group is my nightly meeting before ending each day. It makes me happy!

Passed a spiritual test today that was actually 24hrs long & it involved turning it over plus letting go together! Woohoo
