Sort of tried to meditate a bit and not get too down
Came up with some new life style insights and now feeling much better.
And Venus, I miss you.

Casey, I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but great job staying the course. You'll be stronger for it when the next inevitable bump comes your way.
And thanks for what you do here. I've been intrigued myself at how much my interaction here adds to my resolve when I'm having a rough go.
