Hi all, Ladybug, I hope your daughter feels better soon.
I got a compliment today. I'm wearing these bright, tight pants and I was walking down the street and this guy in his twenties, I'd say, roller bladed past me, saying "OMG, great pants!" Hehe, made my day!
Casey, good luck with your shift change, I hope it works out for you. Enjoy your days off. Beautiful weather here, I enjoyed the artists' studio tour today.
I gave away Larry's canoe paddles today, that felt a bit sad. We had so many happy times canoeing. But I have to continue to clear things, hard though it might be.

We're here if you need to step away for a bit, letitgo. Remember you don't have to take that first drink today no matter what.

Good on you, sw.

Leshar, now, you have to tell, what colour were the pants!? I think that's awesome, and what a nice guy. More people should take the time to give unsolicited compliments to strangers. The world would be a better place!

See, you are further from a blue rinse than you think!

Hope Baby Ladybug is well soon. The waiting to see what's wrong is the worst cos they can't tell you how they feel.

Haha, Croissant! Purple, my fave colour. (Not for hair though!)
Wolfie, you got so much done! Good for you for focussing on yourself.
Thinking of you, letitgo.

Hey everybody,

Hope you all are having a nice weekend.
I'm watching some football and relaxing today.
Didn't do much as far as work goes around the house or yard. Sometimes you just have to take a break from that. Hope to take the pup for a walk later on.
Suppose to be a full moon tonight.

Looks like we're going to have a nice clear night to view the lunar eclipse here in New England.
My daughter is all ready with the camera.

Just a reminder guys - we're not meant to link to commercial sites - & that includes Amazon
just the name and a pic is ok

I know you were just trying to illustrate what you bought SW.

Hi all, the play was very good. I'm very weepy still, cried on the way home and cried at home. Seriously wanted to drink. I've been ill and in and out of hospital over the past 18 months. All since quitting drinking, when will I see some light? I don't know if I can be around my siblings when they can merrily drink and I can't. I know I'm an alcoholic, but I'm feeling a lot of resentment this last while. Life is passionless atm. Is this all there is in sobriety? What am I doing wrong? Will the sorrow and crying ever stop? Have to lean on you guys, I don't want to drink.
Thanks.
