Frank you said at the begging you wanted up beat threads , lately we've all have been opening up more about our AV getting to us . You think it's all that kind of talk , that's causing it for you ?

Also had another thought of you feeling a sort of pressure ( pushing yourself ) to make those cloud storm's or more like get your anxiety / depression hoping we like them . Plays on you somehow . Some times you don't realize doing new things like that could play a part in it .

According to my diary day 23 and day 63 were my lowest points.
After 100 days (ish) the nightly cravings went which is good. Some of my other shortcomings appear in sharp focus but seem less overwhelming

Until this time my road block was 34 days, but fortunately I've made it past that this time.
