Whether you’re just here for today, recommitting yourself to the thread, or recommitting to recovery, we’ve missed you and so glad to have each of you here with us again today!

We have the sober quadruplets: Alynn , BigShoe , Formeforthem , and , Peacehappyness all celebrating 1 major month of sobriety! May it be the beginning of many more months to come!! Congratulations to Mark1014 on celebrating 11 amazing months and Coldfusion on celebrating 34 super fabulous fantastic months!

Today we are covering the Devil’s Hole Pupfish (Cyprinodon diabolis) which is critically endangered. This species has a population size that is currently under 100 mature individuals. Its distribution is confined to a single limestone pool. Interestingly, non-wild populations exist elsewhere. This species may be able to continue to exist even if the wild population dwindles to nothing.

Congratulations to those celebrating a milestone today. We were in Labadee, Haiti today. About to see a magician show here on the ship. I'm checking in for the next 24 hours of my recovery, thanks to my HP, AA, & SR!
BobbiP.S. We bought the week's Internet Pkg the 1st day. But, it's spotty. I'm still here in spirit each day.

Looking well to all forms of addictive behaviour.
So glad I gave up the fags over 30 years ago.
Currently cutting back on sugar a little....don't want to be too fanatical.
Encouragement to all struggling with the many addictions that confront us.
