24 Hour Recovery Connections Part 76
A long day! Love how they don't wipe me out anymore....
I sipped herbal iced tea all day for hydration. It's hot!! Add any herbal teabag to a small amount of hot water, then add ice. I just kept adding ice all day long.
81 degrees in SEMA. 6:03.
Enjoy your night my friends.

Today we are covering the Okapi (Okapia johnstoni) which is endangered and can be found in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Interestingly, this species is closest living relative of the giraffe. There are a bunch of other fun facts about this species including: females are larger than males, their tongues are 18 inches long and can reach their eyes and ears, and they also use their tongue for stripping leaves and buds from plants.
I tend to run late on Thursdays. I look out for you if you’re checking in close to when I post, so just post when you normally do.
I always look forward to seeing each and every one of you here! I hope to see you all here again tomorrow!
