I was thinking i should give you my address also. I have only had 1 postcard from Australia from my brother. But then i thought if Mrs. Lig gets a postcard from another woman while Mr. Lig is on the road it will not be a pretty when Mr. Lig comes home

Do you know what amazes me , I was just talking to Shaun before hand & said how wonderful it would be to get that phone call on the first day of spring ( today ) so I can be like the blossoms on the trees and bud anew . It my turn to grow & I'm feeling there is more to this somehow .
Then I get that beautiful message fro Bob & my phone rings . I will NEVER. forget spring 2015 . The defining moment of my life . I'm so happy and teary everyone . I could just burst .
I love every single one of you for helping me get to this point. I know it must have been draining at times , but I also know I would have been a lot sicker without your help & understanding .
To the rehab , not the hills ..lol life is sweet .

I have seen small miracles happen here and there. Most of the time going unnoticed with no real fan fair. And although sometimes in life it seems there is nobody at the helm.
I do honestly believe, that even at our lowest depths we are not alone.
So, I do know who my higher power is.
For me there's fingerprints everywhere on this planet.
And I believe nothing happens by chance.

Hi everyone
Had a good day today. My daughter got on the school bus without any tears (from her anyway
). She had a great first day of kindergarten. My AV started up by saying that I should drink tonight to celebrate her first day - WTF?! It really is crazy and desperate. So glad I didn't listen to it. In bed now and safe. Night all!

Ladybug , ignore that bloody AV . it will only bring you grief Hun xxx these are the days I remember with such fondness , before I started drinking.
I remember every first day of school. I remember Christmas pantomimes , I remember Easter bunny and tooth fairies. DONT. Let that bastard AV dare steal these precious memories from you.
They can NEVER be done again .
I know you have the sweetest heart of gold & I know you adore your family & they you.
One day it will ALL change in the blink of an eye , virtually overnight , then before you know it Abby will be 18 and you will be like wtf , where did that go ? What happened to me.
Your hubby loves you, your family loves you , his family loves you.
You have so much support , plus from us of course.
I really , really truly don't want you to end up with the regrets I have.
I would give EVERYTHING to change that.
I love you so much & see so much of me in you in the early years.
It will end up worse. Not better. We are all here to support you until your time is ready and only you alone will know that darling one
You're one of my favourite people in the world xxx

I really need your opinions on this guys , please.
I've already talked it over with a good friend V who gave me a great perspective.
I wasn't going to tell Mum & Dad til I got out of rehab .
As you know. mum was rushed to hospital by ambulance last Sunday with a heart condition.
Normally I tell My Mum everything but I know this will devastate her .
my brother just messaged me and said see you Sunday for Fathers Day Wen , at Mum & Dads .
I never even gave it a thought!
Do I say I have the flu or do I get well & let them be oblivious .
Even tho as V says , they may have some idea. I'm really torn and would like your opinions please.

Well darling Snoozy, you already know what I think.
Your mum is a smart cookie, and she knows you have been struggling.
Do you lie to her? Or do you tell her the truth (you can tone it down a bit as we talked about)? I think telling her that you are going into rehab for a week to get well is a good idea. Then you don't have to feel guilty about lying, and I'm pretty sure she will be very relieved, and proud of you as well.
That's my thoughts...

If they already know you've been struggling with your drinking lately, Snoozy, then I guess you might as well go ahead and tell them. It would probably do them good to know you're actively seeking help for your issues. If they don't know about your drinking again, then I guess I'd just make an excuse and see them when you get out. No reason to worry them more than necessary. But all of that is just my opinion, of course.
Important thing right now is to focus on your recovery. Put it first and everything else will fall into place soon enough.
Wishing you the best. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers every single day until we hear from you again. I hope you gain some wonderful tools in this rehab to aid you in your recovery and am so so proud of you for taking this big step forward.
