Soberwolf -- I've mentioned this before but I work on my feet for many hours at a time and occasionally get blisters. Take it easy on your feet until they heal and from then on I'd rub a little Vaseline/other petroleum jelly on the trouble spots before taking your long walks. It'll make all the difference as it keeps your shoes/socks from building up the friction that causes blisters.
Also, you'll be happy to know that I just added the word "soberwolf" to my computer dictionary so now you are officially spell check-able here!
Snoozy -- Hopefully you're asleep by now but just want you to know again that you're in my thoughts and prayers. Go into this rehab with an open mind and heart, take the tools and support they offer you and run with them, and a better life is right around the corner! You can do this!

Today is September 1st. I feel I've got to keep fighting. It's a new month. What's the alternative, I don't want to die and leave a colossal mess for others. I feel about 90 but I'm grateful I'm not. I've still got some fight in me somewhere. I will draw on the love, strength and support of this wonderful group. Self hate is powerful, like the AV, but I will try one minute at a a time.

It's how I think about things now when I'm nervous or have some fear.
This is a good nervous.
It's not the nervous that one gets waiting to hear from the doctor.
Knowing that it could be bad news. Especially after all that we have done to our bodies.
This is good news, in fact, it's great!
New beginnings and change has always caused fear.
But, it's the ones that push through that attain great goals.

Goodbye my darlings , Shaun is dropping me off at rehab now. I'm very nervous about detoxing again , this is going to be birds . I'll be a new Wendy when I come back , I love you all dearly xxx

It's been a busy day at work.
My job has me on my feet almost all day as well.
Even been experiencing lower back pain.
I plan to take Leah for a short walk soon. She's giving me the "eye".
