Happy Monday!
I found this little tip over the weekend and have been hooked ever since- keep your iced tea or seltzer cold by slipping some frozen berries in rather than ice! They don't dilute your tea AND you have a snack at the end.

Thank You everyone for the well wishes on my 3 months, I really appreciate it!!
3 Months ago I was on a slippery slope and sliding fast, what a difference such a short time can make and I owe a lot to this community, I may not post a lot but I read every single day and it really helps, I still have a long ways to go but am definitely heading in the right direction!
I'll take another 24!

you know all... I just have such a feeling we are missing someone.. from Star Trek... just have that feeling... " I spit at you with my last breath" just keeps me thinking I am missing someone very important here... feel like a big German Shephard that can not find the right hand to sniff.. I don't know maybe just stress... hugs ardy..

Today we are covering the Osgood’s Ethiopian Toad (Altiphrynoides osgoodi, )which is critically endangered and possibly extinct. This toad is endemic to the mountain forests of south central Ethiopia. Although extensive recent surveys have been conducted, the last time it was recorded was in 2003. The estimated population is thought to be no greater than 50 mature individuals. Whether this species still exists is unclear, but isn't looking optimistic considering the difficulties in finding them for over 10 years.
I always look forward to seeing each and every one of you here! I hope to see you all here again tomorrow!

Congratulations to Forgivemeall and Hypernova on both reaching new milestones today! To celebrate both of your terrific accomplishments, today we have a raspberry mousse cake! Keep up the great work!
I think this would make great cake for breakfast too! Speaking of cakes, I made a gingerbread coffee cake that is very healthy and had some for breakfast. If anyone wants the recipe, pm me.
