I think you're capable of whatever you want to do SW. Think about what you love or what will interest you?

Don't worry too much about grades - those things can be worked around.

SoberWolf - I agree with Dee. The world's your oyster, and your dream job is yours for the taking. You've got to choose a career that captures your fancy, then take every opportunity to pursue it. Ask yourself what you're good at. Ask yourself what you enjoy. Figure out where the two meet.

Something you're happy with, Wolfie.

Is there anything for wildlife trusts, or princes trust? In your area?

Hey all,
Thanks Mags,

Wolf,
You can and will. I'm anxious to hear what you decide and do. It sounds like you are ready.

Hey RZ!
That's terrific! I can't imagine how that must sting.

Toots,
manure by the ton is the norm. I'm glad we are not normal.

OLL,
Raising kids is a full time job. It's lots of time and a half the first five years.

Hey FG!

Dee,
I think you're right.

FBL,
It surely does get better.

Nite all, bushed.

Wolfe you can be whatever you want to be, I feel someone who works outdoors, perhaps working for a landscaper? You have an old, caring soul and I feel working with plants or animals would nourish it. Or perhaps working with the elderly or children?

I have worked as a receptionist, a driving instructor, a road sweeper, a labourer, a bar tender, ran a home for residents with mental health issues, worked in a care home, cleaned telephone boxes, worked housekeeping in a hotel and countless other jobs in between. I never felt a particular drive towards a specific career, never felt motivated to anything special and wasn't academic. I do the job I do for as long as I enjoy it. Nothing set in stone, nothing I can't walk away from when I get bored.

Zip glad you are healing well sweetie!

Happy Hump Day Everyone!!

Wolfie, only you can decide what job (or career) would best suit you. Find a job you love and you'll never "work" another day in your life

Cloudy and cool here again today and I love it!

Have a great hump-day, overs!

We have been on vacation at Moneta, VA (Smith Mountain Lake), where the shootings took place! It must be a disgruntled former employee of the TV station, as the governor says--Moneta is a small and sleepy little town. Not even any nightlife!

Thanks for all the support.
He opened the bottle and poured a big glass and held it out.... I'm not sure why and didn't ask.
I felt a bit flustered but remembered that I had bought myself a bottle of pink lemonade lucozade. I mummbled....ooo I'm gonna get a glass for myself.
I poured my pop into the other wine glass and we chincked the glasses together and said happy anniversary to one another.
Rest of evening went fine, I just didn't let his drinking upset me and let him fall asleep before I joined him in bed. Thanks again xx

Nice one! Petals!

Inpar, I agree! You didn't have to waste another minute on him, their loss!

Gilmer, it's scary isn't it, there's disgruntled and then some! Luckily we don't all do the same thing when we're disgruntled, there'd be no one left on the earth!

Wolfie, I know princes trust are keen on organic vegetables , I'm getting, eventually, a greenhouse. I do get a thrill eating things out of my garden. No not worms or snails, you know just the vegetable kind, lol.
Have you seen the app song flip, Wolfie. You can search and play songs for free and it saves them in a folder for you. Not bad.

I love gadgets and for me, my iPad and iPhone are my companions, , more at home than work, tho. I shop on them so I don't have to go food shopping, just a few bits on way home from work. I'm not sure if that's good or bad cos my husband is the same. He came I from work last night, sat down and went on his iPad, not an hello, how was your day, nothing. I think we've got in a rut. Though I do make an effort for us to do something, walking or such at a weekend. At least we talk then.

Well, it looks pleasant outside this morning, I need some more bird food.

Have you seen any goldfinches in your garden yet, Wolfie ? They're beautiful small brightly coloured birds and they love sunflower hearts and Nyger seeds.

Have a nice Thursday Overs. Speak later.
