Woke up this morning feeling great! A little glum. Anyone else get that way? Another 24 today. Going hiking and to the beach. Need strength to pass on the beverages that will be offered in honor of my brother's birthday!

Oh what a morning is wonderful day I wake up with the noise of. Wood pecker next to my tent. Them coffee at the beach. Sobriety is great

You got this Coliope. It helps me to say to myself "I don't drink" or "I am not drinking today" to set my intention for the day - especially when dealing with social settings.

I am in for another 24 please.

I had a lot of anxiety yesterday. I don't know what caused it but, I remained sober. With that said I'm signing up for another 24 hours of sobriety. Sober wishes for everyone.

Good morning from Nez Perce country. 24 more hours..no matter what. Feeling boxed in by all of the fires and smoke for the past 2 weeks and have wanted to drink but haven't. Can you all do a rain dance for us here in Kooskia / Kamiah Idaho? Hope everyone has a great day!
