Can you get out for a long walk gbluewater? Take some music and earphones with you. Sometimes a change of scene helps. Stay strong

GB, it was crawling on me too. Feel better now I ate. Not looking forward to BS at work for being out.
Turns out 2 yr old had an earinfection that reacted to a pneumonia vaccine. Crazy symptoms but just have to ride em out. Been hard, but calming down now I hope.

Here. I'm on day 48 or 49; I'd have to go check. Almost 2 months. And this is probably 8 or 9 weeks since I was admitted. It was on Wednesday in early July. For some reason, that Wednesday, and then my release, the following Monday, that stick in my mind more than the day I'm on.

I feel like I need the caffeine but I know it contributes to anxiety.
I take a caffeine pill and nibble on it rather than guzzle a diet soda. Don't know if it's healthy or not, but why work so hard to stop drinking if I'm not gonna try to take care of myself, right?

Thanks. I took a walk and ate and it helped. I look forward to autumn as it is my favorite season, but as I get older I'm finding I get a little bluer in the winter. I'm hoping I can get myself back in a good exercise regimin by then. You guys still working the c25k?

Luckily work has not hassled me when I've had to take a few days here and there. That would put me over the edge. Hope the ear infection is better quickly. Sometimes you just gotta take it on the chin and do what you have to do to take care of the kids.
