I usually get home from work at around 11:30 central time every night so am trying to make posting the milestones part of my nightly winding down from work routine. There will probably be some days when I don't work where I wait until the morning to post them though.

One of the animals I have always been fascinated by, is the American Pika (Ochotona princeps). I used to go up the tundra of the mountains and watch them gather materials when I could. I’d see the pikas foraging materials and many times going away with entire bushes. They stash away these materials and use them during the winter since they do not hibernate. According to one study, their stashes of materials can weigh up to 61 pounds, may cover an area of 100 square meters and can reach up to two feet high. That is pretty impressive for a mammal weighing 4-7 ounces!
I always enjoy seeing each of you here! I hope to see you all again tomorrow committing to another 24!

Back on board after a teeny weeny derailment, like seeing a lack of 'one drink only' as a deprivation........kind of like feeling short changed over not being allowed 10% or so of arsenic.
Still I'm prayerfully back on board with total abstinence my objective> DAY 1!

Its great to be on this journey with everyone ! I feel so fortunate to be here with everyone for the past 23 months. Just a drop in the ocean and I hope for many more days to come. May we all enjoy the fruits of sobriety !

Hey friends. We had internet issues today so couldn't sign in this morning. I tried so many times. Alas, I missed the list for today which is nice to be on. Mostly, though, I am going to bed sober and that is what really matters.
