Oh wow ! I missed a whole page :-) lots of chatting , that's great !

Leah is gorgeous Bob , I absolutely love it when you post pics of her . Lol Crois , wanting to see her in all her fluffiness , me too . Her eyes are mesmerising .

She looks a lot like my sons dog taya .

He has 4 Alaskan Malamutes .
I just don't get to see them anymore ;-(

My brother has 2 and they are the most beautiful dogs.

Wolfy why don't you wear thongs on your feet , ( not the butt kind ) you might call them flip flops or something else over there. At least the fresh air would get to your feet while you walk and there would be no rubbing .

Gilmer , the chefs garden sounds delightful , I don't even think I've ever tried a pistachio nut !

Hope you are doing well , Leigh and ladybug :-)
Dying to see Petes wedding pic , hope he will put it up as a new Avitar

Leshar , looking forward to a post honey .
Nikki , hope you are well sweetie .

Casey as always , thanks so much for your encouragement xx

Hugs as always Dee xxxx

Love my Julyers xxxxx

Good morning everyone!

It is a great morning - no hangover. I made it through the dreaded Sat night We actually had a wonderful day out and didn't get back home until 7pm so there wasn't even any temptation. I think the key is changing up our routine and getting out of the house. We went to a local dairy farm out in the country where we had lunch, homemade ice cream and enjoyed their petting zoo. Then back to my in-laws for a little. Back in the day I would have made up some kind of lame excuse as to why we had to get home, but last evening I welcomed the distraction.

Day 8 starts now and I know I won't be tempted to drink today as we will be getting up early tomorrow for our day trip to the Aquarium. No way I want to be hungover for that!

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekends, hugs to all of you

Ladybug, those first few weekends are the pits. I don't even know why...I guess drinking again just takes our physiology back to day 1 with cravings.

Hold on, just keep moving forward. You know you can go without alcohol and life wasn't boring without it when you were pregnant.

Really feel for you, but I know, absolutely, you can do it!

Lucky you, Bob.

I'm at the sad end of Sunday, lol. 10.42 pm here. Bedtime.

Counting down the days til this garbage is over.

I'll be there in another 12 hrs, Crois.
I moved into the screen house. It's a cool but humid morning.
Something is making noise in the woods and Leah keeps trying to see it.
Probably a squirrel.
My daughter will be having a few friends visit today so there's going to be a lot of giggling today.lol

Ladybug, you're doing great!
I had to keep busy, and still do, to keep cravings at bay.
Getting out on the weekend is a great way to keep your mind busy.
Go have fun!

Funny random thing. I haven't bought sparkling mineral water for a while, but got some on the weekend.

Guess what? I now find I can't drink it because it reminds me too much of when I first got sober how much I clung to drinking it.

Time to get the training wheels off!

Looks like I'm a water and green tea girl, now.

Have a nice walk, Wolfie.

All is good here. It's raining outside. Work was slow tonight but I still made decent money. Waiting for tonight's new episode of my favorite television show, Rick and Morty, to finish downloading so I can watch it before I go to bed. Starting a new exercise/eating plan myself tomorrow. Now that I'm past that 100 day mark (9 minutes until 109!) it's time I started weaning myself off the junk food and drinks I've been relying too much on this summer. I've still lost weight and look better just from taking alcohol out of the equation, but I know I can't keep eating the way I have been.

Hope everyone had a nice and sober Sunday. Talk to you soon!

No more exercising until the blisters are fully healed now as I have new ones

Having a cup of tea 7.25am saw the most beautiful sunrise like hot pink red striped sky on it gave me joy so much then the light rain was a godsend for both me and our pooch

He's sleeping now bless

Thanks Snoooz how are you I hope you have a lovely day

5.40am hot striped pink red sky no rain when I went & walked

10am heavy rain gloomy

I want this more than I want sleep pain is temporary I am finding my own personal balance I keep adding miles km to the distance to improve to test myself

I'm doing it right just need to lower my sugar intake and caffeine (caffeine not so much I only drink 4 cups of of pg tips per day Max)

Carbs are gone except for cake and no more cake from today for me

Soon to be jogging to turn into running to turn in to weight training

I have very broad shoulders but want to expand my chest more

Biceps hamstrings quads triceps most important my back muscles I want them to be as strong as houses

Slowly but surely I'm going to get there

I have some remixed qoutes - 50 cent - get fit or die trying

Fatboy Slim - Eat sleep pray repeat

Really chuffed

Want to start swimming somewhere down the line aswell
