Even after reading my notes he said ' well why don't you just not drink '

Omg I just said no worries.

Uggh. I had a phone counsellor tell me I neeeded to do a course or study to get me over my post natal depression. This was when I was suicidal! *facepalm.

Not sure if the above would be a useful phone line?

So I was posting 5 mins ago and I hear a bang in the garden that sounded like a shot from an air rifle it scared all our birds off I went straight to the garden and opposite on the side there are windows from a neighbour I'm pretty sure I seen heads go down though can't be sure

I'm literally tempted to do something If there is that going on or I see a dead bird in the garden that hasn't been killed by a cat I will do something

I'm hoping that this is a false alarm and that bang I heard was something else I had headphones so it was odd to hear it ?

Thanks Snooz but I've left my back door open I've already checked I havnt heard nothing since and I'm hoping it wasn't that maybe a stone maybe nothing maybe a cat on the fence even

It made me jump up that's why I thought that but the birds are back so I don't think it is a air rifle

I'm going to read in 15 minutes and just keep an ear out for a bit

One of things I loved about DJing was combining genres the further apart the better

For example I love what Mt Eden did with Lisa Miscovsky's Still alive

https://youtu.be/TERyxFfMqDk (Iisa Miscovsky)

https://youtu.be/FDYIdBZUl2Y (Mt Eden)

Another great example is Puscifer's hit The humbling river

Beautiful confusion done a great remix

All these songs are awesome I'm going to read my book now

Might watch lotsa movies and stay in bed to keep myself out of trouble :-)

It's going to be so nice not having to get up on a Saturday & Sunday

What's everyone got planned for the weekend ? Xx

Geez you went to bed late, Snooz.

Uggh, woke up from a deep sleep and starting stressing (kind of) about some people at work. Keep reminding myself of that saying, don't let people live in your mind rent-free, lol.

Pretty bummed about them on a daily basis. Not long to go and I will be finished there.

Anyway, got up until I feel sleepy again. Snooz, I reckon a weekend in bed watching movies etc, is good. I downloaded the series, "Last Tango in Halifax" it's really cute, it's about childhood sweethearts reunited after 60 years....the first episode has been really entertaining and funny. I thought it was something you may like when you are feeling better, Leshar.

Aww, Snooz, thanks. LOVE the ladypug. My dad has 2 black pugs and my brother and SIL have one as well so they would love that pic

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Not much planned here. No entertaining here either. Most of my slips have been on Sat nights when we have people over and alcohol is flowing. Not this weekend. New rule of mine for awhile Day 6 today and I WILL make it through this weekend.

Hiya folks!

Hope everybody is having a nice day/night.
I get out of work at 11 am on Fridays and went shopping at the local home improvement center. Mostly just to look around.

I'm glad you're on here a lot,Wendy.
Wish I had my old job back where I sat at a computer all day.
I'd be chatting all day with you.
